You can order medication up to ONE MONTH in advanced, so there is plenty of time!

Please allow up to THREE FULL WORKING DAYS for a prescription request.

Remember: medication reviews are due every 6 months, please book in a review with our clinical pharmacist on time to prevent delays in medication authorisation.

How to request a Repeat Prescription

Repeat prescriptions are medications which appear on the reverse of your prescription which your doctor would like you to continue on a regular basis. Repeat prescriptions may be ordered in several ways:

Online

You can order your repeat prescriptions via SystmOnline on a computer, ipad or a phone APP. The surgery will give you a log in and password to access this.

In Person

Fill in a prescription request form or underline the items needed on the tear-off side of your prescription and drop it into the surgery. Please do not order any medications you do not need.

Nominated Pharmacy

Your nominated pharmacy can request medication on your behalf, we recommend you check your repeats list regularly with your pharmacy of choice to ensure its up to date.
