Everyone Active
The Everyone Active Exercise Referral scheme, in partnership with Ealing Council, provides a 12-week tailor made package of exercise sessions, especially for people with, or at risk of developing health problems. Participants will work with fully qualified instructors to develop an activity programme suitable to their conditions. To access the scheme, you will need the support of a GP or other healthcare professional, who will refer you to the scheme. Once the referral is received, you will be contacted with the time and date of your first appointment. The scheme operates at the following centres:

Strength and Balance Programme
The Otago Strength and Balance Programme is designed specifically to prevent falls. it consists of a set of muscle strengthening and balance retraining exercises. All the exercises are individually prescribed and increase in difficulty. The Strength & Balance Programme is free and offers classes at different levels. Participants must be able to commit to attending the full 10 week programme.

Southall Day Centre
Southall day centre is for older people and those with disabilities. The centre offers a range of social and recreational activities including light exercises, singing, bingo, card games, a reading room, day trips and lunches (including Asian meals). The service is open to all but focuses in the main on supporting people from Black Minority Ethnic (BME) communities. All major Asian languages are spoken.
