Please let us know well in advance if you cannot make your appointment so that it may be allocated to another patient.

What is an Emergency?
Whatever the time of day, if you or someone else experiences the symptoms below and you feel it is so serious that it cannot wait, go to the nearest Accident and Emergency Department or call 999.

Our home visits are now carried out by a fully trained Paramedic. If possible, please try to telephone reception before 10:00 if you require a home visit. You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice and it is at discretion of the GP. To ascertain this information, you may have a phone call first.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy – if your query is of a non-urgent nature and you can wait until the surgery reopens, we advise you to use our Online Consultation service instead and get a response from the practice before the end of the next working day.
