Dementia Concern

Dementia Concern provides advice, information and support for people with dementia and their carers in Ealing.

Their main services are:

  • Advice, Information and Support – If you are concerned about some aspect of dementia, they can provide appropriate advice and information.
  • Day Centre Services – The centres provide respite for carers and care, support and a range of activities for people with dementia.
  • Call & Care – This is a home respite break service which visits people with dementia in their own homes and enables carers to have a break.
  • Other Services – These include the carers’ voice newsletter, dementia café, carers information evenings, former carers’ group and Christmas lunch
